Poetry and dance come together! Fall for the Book is presented by many friends and sponsors, including George Mason University and the City of Fairfax. At this event on Wednesday, October 8 at 10:30am on George Mason University's Fairfax Campus, there will be a video screening and panel featuring poets and dancers. The video includes Liza Achilles reading sonnets from Two Novembers as a dancer interprets. Liza Achilles will also appear on the panel. Learn more at the Fall for the Book website. |

Liza Achilles will be presenting at From Brain to Bookshelf, the annual Maryland Writers' Association Conference. The conference is Saturday and Sunday, October 11-12. Her presentation will be on Saturday, October 11. Her workshop will focus on how to have a successful book launch. Details about her workshop are available here.
