tree in snow -- winter weather

Dear Blog Readers,

I’ve been doing some soul searching over the past couple of weeks. What do I want this blog to look like in the new year? I knew I wanted to switch things up, but I wasn’t sure what that meant.

So I asked you for feedback—and a big thank you to those who replied. Your replies were much appreciated and very helpful.

And I took the feedback and did some more soul searching and . . .

. . . realized that what was making my heart sing was getting down to the nitty-gritty of writing my next book, a memoir. I have been doing research for about a year now. It’s time to begin.

Writing a book is all-consuming. I won’t have time to continue putting out blog posts three times a week, or even once a week.

(Patrons will continue to receive emails, including updates on the progress of my book writing. Become a Patron today!)

This isn’t good-bye forever. I may write a blog post every now and again. But for the next month or more, I’m going to dig in to this writing project. That’s what my gut is telling me to do.

Thank you for your interest in this blog. . . . We will meet again!!

Liza
